Documents required to get a Tax Identification Number (TIN) in Bangladesh

To obtain a TIN number, you would have to submit the following documents with the application:

One: To apply in the prescribed form.

Two: Incorporation certificate along with the memorandum and articles of association.

Three: Bank Solvency Certificate.

Four: Trade License.

Five: Affidavit. For other than a limited company, incorporation certificate with the Memorandum and Articles of Association is not essential.

It is to be noted that the locations of the offices of different companies are in different taxation circles. Companies are enlisted in the Taxation Department in alphabetical order. You should know the taxation circle that your company belongs to as early as possible.
