Spotify Bringing a Vertical Video Feature Like TikTok

Spotify is testing vertical video feeds like TikTok. For now, the music streaming giant has launched a feature called Discover Tab for iPhone. It is unknown at this time whether Spotify will disclose the feature for all or not. News BBC.

Spotify's new feature was first introduced by a Twitter account called Messina. However, in addition to Spotify, Facebook, Twitter, and many other apps have been testing such features in the last few months. Spotify also said they have not yet made an official announcement.

A spokesman for the company said: "We are conducting various experiments to enhance the experience of using this feature. Through this, we can learn a lot. And we do not have any special information to inform in detail about this.

YouTube has introduced a feature called Shorts, Instagram Reel, and Snapchat Spotlight. Bytes and trailers also bring the same feature.

Spotify does not hesitate to copy the successful features of other companies. Recently launched a feature called Greenroom in competition with Clubhouse. They launched the storage feature last January. Twitter has also introduced a spaces feature like Clubhouse.
