Pakistan is interested in buying medicine from Bangladesh

Syed Ahmed Maruf, the High Commissioner of the country appointed in Dhaka, said that Pakistan is interested in importing medicines from Bangladesh. The High Commissioner said that Bangladesh is in a very good position in the pharmaceutical industry. Pakistan is interested in importing medicines from Bangladesh.

In the meeting, High Commissioner Syed Ahmed Maruf and Health Advisor Noorjahan Begum exchanged views on health care, trade, and general issues of the two countries. They talked about relations between the two countries for about an hour.


At this time, Deputy High Commissioner of Pakistan Mohammad Wasif, Dhaka Medical College Professor Dr. Abdul Hanif Tablu, and the joint secretary of the Ministry of Health, Mamunur Rashid, were present.
