Highest Tax Payer Companies in Bangladesh

As per The National Board of Revenue (NBR) there are 10 highest taxpayers companies across Bangladesh. (NBR) provide “tax card” to the highest taxpayers companies. This card bring some government facilities than general. It is said that this is a way to motive the companies for giving their tax at right time and in a proper way. The highest taxpayers companies in Bangladesh are:

1. Chevron Bangladesh the list of the highest corporate taxpayers, paying Tk 138 crore as tax.
2. Sylhet Gas Field
3. Citi Bank NA
4. American Life Insurance Company
5. Trust Bank
6. The Security Printing Corporation Bangladesh
7. Bangladesh Export Processing Zone Authority
8. Jamuna Bank
9. AK Khan and Company and
10. Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration and Production Company (BAPEX).
