Apple is bringing software to eliminate children's smartphone addiction

One of the biggest problems of the time is the addiction of children to smartphones. Its long-term effects are also fatal. So the US tech giant Apple is going to bring new software to deal with children's smartphone addiction.

A recent study by Charter University in India found that overuse of smartphones increases the risk of damage to a child's retina, cornea and other parts of the eye. In addition to the use of mobile phones for a long time, on the one hand, such children are losing attention to their studies, on the other hand, their mood is becoming irritable.

To protect children from smartphone addiction, Apple is coming up with new software called 'Digital Lock', which will fix the time limit for children to use smartphones. News: Zee News.

According to a study in the United States, teenagers feel a kind of attraction towards smartphones that they have to respond immediately when a message arrives on their mobile phone. As a result, addiction continues to grow.

Welcoming Apple's initiative, Sonia Livingstone, a professor of social psychology at the London School of Economics, said the impact of extra smartphone use on the mental health of children and adolescents was something to consider. This initiative is also commendable.
